I admire your desire for cooking! It's a trying task at times! In the baking department - let me know if you have any questions. My mom has trained me to bake since I was old enough to stand on a kitchen chair and flip the switch of the Kitchen Aide Mixer! (Which might I say, it's much more difficult mixing recipies by hand!!)
